01 Who we are
Evoward is the business name used by the service provider for personalized website outreach, website services, and digital marketing services available through yourstosee.com, yourstosee.cc, and related subdomains. “Evoward,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the service provider operating under the Evoward business name.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we disclose it, and the choices available to you.
02 Information we collect
We may collect:
- Contact information, such as your name, email address, phone number, business name, and postal address.
- Pre-checkout information. If you type a usable name, email address, or phone number into our pre-checkout form, we may save the fields you entered even if you close the form or do not complete checkout.
- Transaction and service information, such as the product, price, currency, payment status, order identifiers, service communications, approvals, and support history. Whop and its payment partners process payment-card details; Evoward does not receive your full card number.
- Booking and communication information you provide through Cal.com, email, calls, or other contact channels.
- Business and project materials you provide for website or digital marketing services, including text, images, branding, domain information, campaign preferences, audience criteria, customer or audience information you ask us to process, account identifiers, and access needed for agreed services.
- Digital marketing information, such as campaign settings, approved budgets, platform activity, advertising or content performance, conversion data, and reports related to agreed services.
- Limited interaction data from our outreach pages, such as market, language, device class, whether a visit came from a QR code or direct entry, page or video milestones, and actions taken. We use route-bound hashed identifiers rather than sending raw prospect identity to PostHog.
- A random tab-scoped session identifier stored in
sessionStorageto associate pre-checkout entries made in the same browser tab. Contact values are not stored in browser storage or restored after refresh. - Publicly available business information used to prepare or deliver a relevant website or digital marketing proposal.
Our campaign pages do not use advertising cookies, session replay, autocapture, or persistent person profiles. Third-party hosted pages, including Whop and Cal.com, may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
03 How we use information
We use information to:
- Prepare and present a relevant website or digital marketing proposal.
- Respond to inquiries and follow up on an incomplete or completed checkout.
- Create and administer orders, payments, bookings, website delivery, hosting, support, transfers, and agreed digital marketing services.
- Plan, create, manage, measure, and report on agreed digital marketing activity.
- Verify identity, protect accounts and systems, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot failures.
- Understand aggregate engagement and improve our website, offer, and customer journey.
- Maintain business, tax, accounting, dispute, and compliance records.
- Enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations.
Where applicable, we rely on steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business interests, consent, and legal obligations.
When a customer asks us to process audience, lead, customer, or campaign data solely to provide agreed digital marketing services, we process that data on the customer’s instructions. The customer determines the purpose and lawful basis for that processing and is responsible for required notices, permissions, suppression lists, and opt-out instructions. This Policy continues to apply to information Evoward collects and uses for its own business purposes.
04 When we disclose information
We disclose information only as reasonably needed to operate the service, including to:
- Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and infrastructure.
- Airtable for market-specific lead and customer records.
- Whop and its payment partners for checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, and order records.
- Cal.com or another booking provider when you choose to schedule a conversation.
- Advertising, search, social media, email, analytics, or other marketing platforms when needed to perform digital marketing services you have requested or approved.
- PostHog for allowlisted, anonymous behavioral analytics that exclude contact information and raw prospect identity.
- PostGrid or another approved mail provider when postal delivery is authorized.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when reasonably required for legal compliance, safety, fraud prevention, a dispute, or a business transfer.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use contact or prospect information collected through Evoward’s own outreach, checkout, booking, or service relationship to build cross-context advertising audiences. When a customer instructs us to disclose customer-directed audience data to an advertising platform for an agreed campaign, we do so on that customer’s behalf and under the customer’s instructions and applicable platform terms.
05 International processing
Our service providers may process information in the United States, Taiwan, or other countries where they operate. Privacy protections may differ by location. We use providers and safeguards appropriate to the service and the information involved.
06 Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, follow up on a genuine business inquiry, maintain transaction and tax records, protect security, resolve disputes, and comply with law. Retention periods vary by record type and legal requirement. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer needed, unless continued retention is required or permitted by law.
07 Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions.
You may ask us to stop marketing or outreach messages from Evoward at any time. Transactional and service communications may continue when needed to complete or support an order.
To make a privacy request, email support@yourstosee.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. If we process the relevant information only on behalf of a customer, we may refer the request to that customer so it can respond as the organization that determined the processing.
08 Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
09 Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
10 Third-party services and links
Our pages may link or redirect to services operated by other companies. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This Policy does not control information those providers collect directly from you outside Evoward’s systems.
11 Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the updated version with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
